Mentions occur from the moment sponsorship is secured and continue throughout all seven Avidity Weekend events (from October 30 through November 3, 2024), as well as in all post show mentions on television and streaming broadcasts and in any potential television syndication airings.

AVIDITY MAGAZINE ADVERTISERS

 

Avidity Magazine will be made available as a limited-quantity print edition to awards show attendees and sponsors and digitally to the general public. All ads must be print-ready and scaled to required specs. No unpaid ad commitments will be included as part of the layout finalized by October 1, 2024.
